Parents may pick up applications at the school during business hours on schools
days, click the admissions button above or download an application here.
All students currently enrolled are guaranteed admission for the next school year
and do not need to submit an application. This includes students moving from
elementary to middle. This guarantee assumes that the service hours
requirement has been satisfied and that the student has not received 3 or more
referrals throughout the school year. Currently enrolled students will receive a
pre-enrollment form that must be completed and returned to the school on or
before the due date specified. Siblings of currently enrolled students must apply
via this waiting list form and may apply to any grade regardless of the length of
the wait list.
Students who withdraw from the school must re-apply through the lottery system.
No preference will be granted for having attended the school in the past.
Sibling preference is granted to siblings of students who are currently enrolled in
Mater Gardens Academy.
